The Staff and Family Enrichment (SaFE) program offers English-speaking ex-pats the opportunity to talk to someone outside your company. Through the SaFE program your staff and their family members will be able to voice their fears, their concerns, their hopes, even their joys CONFIDENTIALLY to a professional counselor. Parents will be able to discuss some of the questions they have about their children from birth through adolescence. Couples can use the SaFE program to improve their communication skills; teenagers and their parents can learn communication skills to help lessen tension within the family. Individuals can vent or address issues they would be uncomfortable discussing with anyone they know.
